Celebrate the music that has been the heart and soul of the Festival since 1971. Written as a birthday gift to his sister, Nannerl, Mozart’s Divertimento is a charming and sunny work. The elegant and vivacious virtuoso Violin Concerto was written as a vehicle for Mozart himself, who was a highly accomplished violinist. Tchaikovsky pays tribute to the sublime Master.
